This design gradually replaced the ESR Transit card within the first 12 months. This new stock was clearly worded for weekly ticket encoding only. The bottom half of the card was now left uncoloured so that all printed information could be clearly read. The availability of these tickets did not change from the Transit issue. BUSESRAIL Weekly tickets were abolished in conjunction with the fare rise of the 3rd July 1988.
