The M-02-04 issue was the first periodical ticket design with the "RailCorp" business name.
Standard and Thermal Longlife card types are known and the standard card (at least) was in use by July 2004.

The M-11-04 issue was printed on standard and Thermal Longlife card.
No earliest date of issue appears to have been recorded, although they were certainly in use by 2006.
