Generic blank for BOM and TVM sales

A generic blank issue has been provided for use at Circular Quay and Manly Wharf booking offices, and from all ticket vending machines.
All applicable fare types may be issued using this ticket which is supplied in roll form.
These tickets were available from 18th April 2010 and the individual ticket numbers presumably started at "AA 00000".
