Not much is known about the introduction of this colourful series of pre-encoded tickets apart from the fact that the "G.S.T INCL" indicates a printing date
sometime after the introduction of the Goods and Services tax in July 2000. What is known is that they are sold by the S.T.A. to "certain tour operators"
who in turn sell them to tourists as part of a tour package. As most are probably kept as souvenirs, they are a rather scarce ticket to find.
The "certain tour operators" remain unknown to date.


The Inner Harbour design depicts a "First Fleet" class twin hull catamaran ferry with the Harbour Bridge in the background.

By mid-2003, the Inner Harbour design (at least) was being used for the Cockatoo Island tour run by the Sydney Harbour Trust.
A fluorescent orange sticker was placed across the front of some tickets as shown below.

The Harbour Island Tour issue features a view of Fort Denison. (Adult issue not seen/scanned as yet).

The Manly issues feature a "Freshwater" class ferry set against the skyline of Manly.

The Homebush Bay issue features an aerial view of the Olympic stadium.
It is not known if a Child issue was provided for this design.

It is not known if a Child issue was provided for this design.

A ZooPass Adult and Child issue exist but this is the only image of them yet seen.
