This design features a large white directional arrow , fluorescent yellow stripe and "swirl" and no CityRail logo.
The rear has the letters "A", "B", "C", "D" or "E" in a circle, followed by the letters "J", "K", "L", "M" or "N"
then either blank or a sequence of numbers always commencing at 1, to as high as 7.
Earliest known date: 13 DE 94.
